GK60 Model Roller Compactor
A dry granulator is a process equipment that directly compacts dry powder into dense flakes or strips and then crushes and shapes them into uniform granules—without adding any liquid binders.
Its core working principle is summarized as "first compaction, then crushing and granulation".
The granule size is adjusted by screen sieve hole size, which is easy to change. The smaller of the granule size, the capacity will be less. SS304 is the stanard material, SS316 is available for your requirement.
The final product is included of granules and powder, then the powder can be recycled to make into granules again.
For this material, the installed screen sieve on roller compactor is 18mesh, then sifted by 50mesh. The granules we got is above 60%. This is a good result, not every raw material can reach this efficiency, it depends on material's characteristic and granule size.
