MARKET SPECIFIC APPLICATIONS

JUNZHUO MACHINERY offers equipment, system design and engineering for crushing, size reduction, granulating, mixing and screening to high containment applications. Our products are widely used in pharmaceutical, food, chemical and cosmetic industries.

JUNZHUO MACHINERY provides the pharmaceutical industry with some of the more reliable and accurate processing equipment. We offer equipment, system design and engineering for crushing, size reduction, granulating, mixing and screening to high containment applications.

Our GK series roller compactor can be used for making granules of tablets, capsules, life science products, sodium bicarbonate, flavours, intense sweeteners, vitamins and so on. Oscillating granulator and basket granulator can make isatis root granule, chines herb granules, ginger tea drinks and so on. Cone mills provide size reduction of medicines so that keeps the uniform granule size.

Double screw extruders make fully compacted cylindrical shape granules. Our crushers and grinders can make the roots and leaves of herbs into small pieces or fine powder, it depends on your required fineness. Our mixers are available to mix pharmaceutical powders well, different kinds of sifters help you get the right size powder or granule.

HERBS GRANULES

The concentrated granule is made from good quality of prepared medicinal herbs as materials. Modern high technology is applied in manufacturing series of products by the way of extracting and concentration. The tastes and functions are completely identical to original medicinal herbs. It is used for clinic formula with the advantages of unnecessary decoction, directly drinking, few taking, exact effect, sanitation and safety etc.

CAPSULES

The capsules are made in two parts by dipping metal pins in the gelling agent solution. The capsules are supplied as closed units to the pharmaceutical manufacturer. Before use, the two halves are separated, the capsule is filled with powder or more normally pellets made by the process of Extrusion & Spheronization (either by placing a compressed slug of powder into one half of the capsule, or by filling one half of the capsule with loose powder) and the other half of the capsule is pressed on.

TABLETS

In the tablet-pressing process, it is important that all ingredients be fairly dry, powdered or granular, somewhat uniform in particle size, and freely flowing. Mixed particle sized powders segregate during manufacturing operations due to different densities, which can result in tablets with poor drug or active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) content uniformity, but granulation should prevent this. Content uniformity ensures that the same API dose is delivered with each tablet.

VITAMINS

A vitamin is one of a group of organic substances that is present in minute amounts in natural foodstuffs. Vitamins are essential to normal metabolism. They’re available in many forms, including tablets, capsules, chewable gummies, powders, and liquids. If we do not take enough of any kind of vitamin, certain medical conditions can result.

NUTRACEUTICALS

Nutraceuticals are products, which other than nutrition are also used as medicine. A nutraceutical product may be defined as a substance, which has physiological benefit or provides protection against chronic disease. Nutraceuticals may be used to improve health, delay the aging process, prevent chronic diseases, increase life expectancy, or support the structure or function of the body. Nowadays, nutraceuticals have received considerable interest due to potential nutritional, safety and therapeutic effects. Recent studies have shown promising results for these compounds in various complications.

DETRINS

Derived from dextrose (glucose), dextrin is a low-molecular-weight carbohydrate produced from the hydrolysis of starches while several types of dextrin exist, each have a similar formula and action in the body. Dextrin is widely used in medicine, food, paper making, casting, wallpaper, labels, stamps, adhesive tape, paper and other adhesives. In making tablet binders, they require quick drying, rapid dispersion, rapid adhesion and re wetting, and choice of white dextrin or low viscosity yellow dextrin products

EXCIPIENTS

Excipients are crucial to drug delivery within the body. Generally speaking, an excipient is the inactive part of a tablet or capsule that works alongside the Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) to help maintain the integrity and assist in the delivery/absorption of the drug. The particle size of an excipient can affect product performance, process-ability, stability and appearance of the end product. The link between particle size and product performance is well documented with regards to dissolution, absorption rates and content uniformity.

LACTOSE

Lactose is a sugar that makes up about 2-8% of milk. In the pharmaceutical industry, lactose is mainly used as an excipient, a filler or filler-binder in tablets and capsules as well as a carrier powder for Dry Powder Inhalants (DPI).Different types of lactose have different physical properties, such as particle size distribution and flow characteristics. The desired particle size of lactose for DPI typically ranges from 20 - 45 microns. In food applications and tableting, the desired particle size ranges from 50 to 425 microns.

ANIMAL MEDICINES

Dogs, cats, horses, and sheep regularly take the same medicines as wounded bipedal. Many, and perhaps most, antibiotics are approved for use in humans and animals. Many animal drugs start off as human medications, because there is far more money invested in human drug research.

MEDICATED FEED

Medicated feed is a mixture of large quantities of animal feed and a veterinary premix (medicinal product containing one or more active substances). The main types of medications that are currently available for in-feed treatment reflect the prevalent infection and disease threats on farms. These are primarily antibiotics and antiparasitics, but also include pain-relieving medication
