Maintenance of plastic crusher machine

 

1. The plastic crusher shall be placed in the ventilation position to ensure the heat emission of the motor and extend its service life

2. Add lubricating oil to the bearing regularly to ensure the lubrication between the bearings

3. Check the tool screws regularly. After using the new plastic crusher for 1 hour, fasten the screws of the moving tool and the fixed tool with tools to strengthen the fixity between the blade and the tool holder

4. In order to ensure the sharpness of the cutter cut, the cutter should be checked frequently to ensure its sharpness and reduce unnecessary damage to other parts caused by blunt blade

5. When replacing the cutter, the clearance between the moving cutter and the fixed cutter: 0.8mm for crushers above 20HP is better, and 0.5mm for crushers below 20HP is better. The thinner the recycled material is, the larger the clearance can be properly adjusted

6. Before the second start-up, the remaining debris in the machine chamber shall be removed to reduce the starting resistance. The inertia cover and pulley cover shall be opened regularly to remove the ash outlet under the flange plate, because the powder discharged from the plastic crusher chamber enters the shaft bearing

7. The machine should be well grounded

8. Regularly check whether the belt of plastic crusher is loose and timely tighten


Classification


Today, there are three types of plastic crushers in the market:

 

Hard plastic crusher, suitable for crushing all kinds of small and medium-sized plastic plates:


1. ABS, PE, PP and other plates are crushed and recycled.

2. The rectangular feeding port specially designed for plate material comminution is convenient for long strip plate comminution and improves work efficiency. The plate crushing recovery system can be composed of suction fan and storage barrel, which can give full play to the recovery efficiency.

3. The sealed bearing is used to keep the bearing rotating well for a long time; the knife shape design is reasonable and the product is even in granulation; the knife seat is heat shrinkable and the appearance design is beautiful and generouss.

 

Strong plastic crusher:


1. It is suitable for crushing ordinary sheet, pipe, profile, plate, packaging material and other plastic products.

2. The general-purpose plastic crusher adopts sealed bearing to keep the bearing rotating well for a long time; the cutter design is reasonable, and alloy steel blade is used to make the product granulation even; the cutter seat is heat shrinkable and has undergone strict balance test, and the appearance design is beautiful and generous.

 

Plastic pipe plastic crusher:


1. Suitable for crushing all kinds of small and medium-sized plastic pipes, such as PE, PVC pipes, silicon core pipes, etc.

2. The unique design of the round pipe feeding port for the crushing of pipe material is convenient for the grinding of long pipe material and improves the working efficiency. Precautions for use


1. Before starting, the transmission wheel shall be moved by manpower for one or two turns, and the machine can be started only after the movement is confirmed to be flexible. Only after the crusher operates normally can it be fed.

2. Before stopping the operation, stop feeding and discharge the materials in the machine, and then cut off the power supply of the motor.

3. In operation, pay attention to the temperature of the bearing, keep the bearing in a good lubrication state, and pay attention to whether the sound and vibration are abnormal. In case of any abnormal condition, stop the vehicle and check whether it is stuck by objects that are not easy to be broken, or whether the parts are damaged.

4. It is necessary to keep the feeding uniformity of crusher and prevent overload. Prevent metal, wood and other objects that cannot be broken from falling into the machine. When crushing is not possible, the water content of the feed shall not be too high; when wet crushing, it is necessary to maintain appropriate water volume to prevent blocking due to insufficient flushing water and reduce production capacity.

5. Check whether the particle size of crushing products meets the requirements. If there are too many particles exceeding the specified size, the causes shall be found out (such as too large gap of screen bar, too wide discharge opening, hammer wear, etc.) and appropriate measures shall be taken to eliminate them.

6. When the crusher stops, it is necessary to check whether the fastening bolts are firm and the wear degree of the easily worn parts. For the tooth crusher, it should also use the parking opportunity to remove the wood sandwiched between teeth.

7. Worn parts shall be replaced or repaired in time.

8. The safety device of the crusher shall be kept in good condition and shall not be invalidated for convenience.
