Main information:

YK 60 sway lab granulator has 0.55kw motor, with the capacity of 1 to 15 kg/h, it is designed for lab research and test. Oscillation speed is 65 rpm, it can be controlled by Variable-frequency drive. Motor is controlled by push button station, driven by reduction gear box. Open hopper, continuous adding wet or dry material, a cover is available. 4 moveable wheels has bracket assembly ensure the maintenance free.

The working principle and technical data of both machine is the similar, due to it is the same model. But details is the key to success, from the pictures you will find that our YK60 oscillating granulator has better sealing than other supplier.

We are working with ceramic powders  and have problems from time to time -

1. The bearing is broking.

2) The rod is stuck.

3) The sealing is not good enough and it causes problems 1 and 2 above.

From the pictures you will find that the left machine has such problems, 1.The white part which between rotor is made by PTFE, it is easily damaged by friction force.  2.There is no gearbox. 3. The tighting valve is made by plastic.
