ZL300 Rotary Granulator
Our ZL series covers from lab testing to large production. This ZL300 model is the most popular model, it can make wet powder into granules.
Usage
By up and down extrusion of extruding impeller, the wet powder mixture forced through the screen mesh to be granulates.
This equipment is widely used in the pharmaceutical, chemical and food industry. It is a popular granulating machine used for forming the granule sizes from moist powder material, such as chicken powder and different kinds of electuaries.

The biggest difference between ZK series and ZL series rotary granulator is that ZK series has cutting knives around screen sieve, so that it can control the granule length.
It depends on the material characteristic, some material can break by itself, so there is no need of cutting knives.
If the material is continous and very long, it should choose ZK series rotary granulator.
