The pipeline breaker is a highly specialized concept. It describes an online crushing equipment integrated into the pipeline system to achieve continuous and sealed production.

The core idea of this equipment is that the breaker itself is a pipe section, and its inlet and outlet are directly connected to the upstream and downstream conveying pipes through flanges, clamps, etc.

Working principle:

Materials are continuously fed into the breaker from the upstream pipeline through pneumatic conveying, screw conveying or gravity. Inside the crushing chamber, the materials are instantly crushed by the high-speed rotating rotor. The qualified particles after being crushed are immediately discharged from the outlet under the drive of the air flow or material flow and enter the downstream pipeline to proceed to the next process (such as mixing, drying, and packaging).
