The universal mill is made of 304 stainless steel, driven by our domestic motor, it is suitable for crushing materials in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, chemical and other industries. (such as sugar, granulated sugar, salt, corn, starch, oats, flour, beans, peas, lentils, spices, flavors, sweeteners, dried fruit, nuts, potato chips, bread pieces, coffee, cocoa powder, potato powder, milk powder, onion, dehydrated vegetables, lotus seed, glucose, oat hulls, shells, ginger, Chinese prickly ash, chili, pepper, naked oats, star anise, cinnamon and so on)

By the high speed operation between movable and fixed disc, the milling machine can crush raw materials very well. The powder is discharged from grinding chamber to output hole, the powder is collected by a bag. There will be no dust and no waste. The fineness (20 to 120 mesh size) is depended on screen sieve mesh size, it is very easy to change and adjust the sieves.

The machine is made of 304 or 316L stainless steel, there is no sharp edges/ crevices / pin - holes in the equipment surface. With the advantages of little space, compact structure and good performance, it is quickly to get uniform powder.

Working Principle:

The material is fed into the pulverizer chamber and grinded by the rotating attrition unit. The fineness of the material is controlled by the adjustment of the gap between stepped gear and impact ring assembly. The air swept pulverizer recycles the coarse material, from which it can be removed while the oversize is returned to the pulverizing chamber for further pulverization. Qualified material transfers to the receiving cyclone and filter collector for discharge. All contact parts are made of stainless steel to meet GMP standard.
