This is one kind of our cone mill, it is easy to clean and change the screen sieve. Material contact part can be made by SS316L or SS304. Screen sieve hole size ranges from 0.8mm to 8.0mm（round hole), 3*3mm to 10*10mm(square hole).

Features:

Working principle: 

The motor is driven by a 90° helical bevel gear to a vertical pelleting knife, which is rotated and screen sieve is fixed. Adding raw material from feeding hopper and fixing the granulating knives. The material goes into the sieve room and touches screen mesh of high rotating speed. The fixed granulating knives crush larger particles by centrifugal force. The whole progress is finished when the required material put out.

Machine structure: 

The driving parts and pelleting parts are designed in the cavity of the straight barrel pelleting machine, and the interface of each part is clamping fast connection. With the design of easy installation and maintenance, the granulator is constructed with quality stainless steel to meet GMP standard. The granulator cavity and the electric motor box are of highly adjustable structure, which is convenient to connect the pipes. It moves easily by polyurethane moving caster and brake. The driving mechanism is totally enclosed in the machine body and its lubrication system improves the lifetime of the mechanical components. Particle size is controlled through mill-screen size and rotating speed.
